Emu Oil

    It was recommended that I increase the amount of emu oil that I have been taking internally to 2-4 tablespoons per day. (Approximately 9 capsules equal 1 tablespoon.) 1 or 2 capsules per day is fine for maintenance but larger amounts are needed for serious health problems.

  • I love emu oil. I started using it a year ago. It is a great moisturizer for the face and body. Don't be afraid of using it if you have oily skin. It doesn't cause the skin to breakout. While it is an "oil" it works as a non-irritating moisturizer but doesn't make the skin feel greasy.

    Don't overpay for emu oil by purchasing it from companies who currently started marketing it as a "premium skin care product". Some companies are charging as much as $69 for one ounce. I haven't found any difference between brands. They all work the same.

  • Good stuff. I have short hair and needed something to keep the scalp from drying. The other stuff I was using was basically petrochemicals and alcohol. If I use 4 squirts everyday I think I can make a bottle last around 4 months. You don't need to use a lot of it for it to work. It is very potent stuff and has no offensive smell and residual felling once its on you hands. Also, it helps keep your hands from cracking and drying out in the dry cold winters months.

  • I use this product on elbows and feet, it has work wonders on my dry skin. I use it ocasionally in my face and neck when the humidity is very low, it is a very good mosturizer.
    It arrived fast and as described, I will keep buying this product.

    My experience with your EMU lotions has been career saving.  About 7 months into my business when using another product the tissue on my hands started to break down - to the point I feared I would have to stop providing massage.  The pain was almost unbearable and the skin was raw and splitting - a cause of concern for many reasons.  I visited several Drs. to no avail.  I finally returned to a Dermatologist in the city we had moved from and he was able to diagnose the problem which is common to those in professions where their hands are over washed or in moisture constantly.
    I had to use the medicine and gloves for almost 3 years.
     
    Finding your EMU lotion, especially the Maintenance Plus has saved me the pain, frustration, medical cost and loss of business due to my condition.  I had started to use your products about that time and as my hands healed with time I started working without the gloves again.  I soon found as long as I used your Maintenance Plus I did not have problems with my hands.  Because I was looking for cost savings, about 6 months ago I decided to use the EMU Massage Lotion and though I like it, my hands started to break down again.  I then mixed the 2 lotions together hoping that would do it.  Well, I am an extreme believer.  Maintenance Plus is the only lotion I will ever use again.  It keeps me healthy and the tissue on my hands strong.  In addition, I had a couple of my clients, who complained about having cracked and bleeding hands every winter, use the Maintenance plus and they were shocked that it took care of the dry cracking, painful winter hands.
    Thank you so much for creating and providing such a wonderful product.  I tell everyone about it and my clients love leaving their massage with skin feeling soft, moisturized, smooth and not the least bit greasy as it absorbs so well.
